Sao Paulo prepares for Expo Revestir
EXPO REVESTIR, taking place between 11 and 14 March 2014 at the Transamerica Expo Centre in Sao Paulo, brings the most up-to-date finishing trends. Some of the products that will be launched during the event include:
DURATEX presents the Durafloor Unique line
Suitable for high traffic, especially in commercial settings such as gyms, restaurants, buffets and department stores, DURATEX presents the Durafloor Unique line.
Among the strengths of the collection, named Bristol, Toledo, Ferrara and Lucerna, is an Endless Beauty finish with barely noticeable seams, providing a sense of continuity to the floor. The lines also come with Click-locking system, which requires no glue and makes installation faster.
COSENTINO releases Dekton
Dekton is a composite of raw materials used in the manufacture of glass, porcelain and quartz surfaces. Suitable for use on countertops, floors, walls, and furniture facades, both for internal and external applications, this product is manufactured with particle sintering technology, which provides a three-dimensional design and is manufactured in large formats.
It is resistant to fire, abrasion, stains, frost and defrost, and is available in 12 different models grouped into three collections: Solid Collection, Natural Collection and Tech Collection.
German company DURAVIT showcase DuraStyle and Happy D.2
Developed by German studio Sieger Design, Happy D.2 features bathtubs and sinks with minimal, thin and circular edge, inspired by the female form. These features are repeated in toilets, bidets and furniture.
However, DuraStyle was created by Italian designer and architect Matteo Thun, seeking sophisticated aesthetic pieces such as bowls, sinks, furniture, toilets and suspended bidets.
HATRIA REVESTIMENTOS launches two wall collections
The first is Savona, with cement slabs in large shapes and geometric designs in high relief, proposing a 3D visual motion.
The second is Livorno, cement tiles that are enriched by different textures, shapes and finishes, produced with volume-based and screened interlocking, which make them almost unnoticeable as a fitting system.
